The principle and founder of Write4you, in Australia, is Sally McLean; a senior business manager who draws upon her wealth of hands-on experience when creating deliverables for specific audiences. She is a regular author with In-Business magazine and has held corporate positions including Branch Manager, Product Manager and Business Development Manager.

Identifying and communicating the unique value proposition to all stakeholders underpins her work. Part psychologist part spin doctor - adept at depicting scenarios in the best possible light for their audience and the audience expectations.

Experienced in Research, Analysis, Contract Negotiation, Sales (internal and external) and Documentation - Sally is available, on contract, from one week to one year.

Having written for Johnson & Johnson, Konica Minolta, Gartner, State Records, Olivetti and Hilton International, technology trends, business best practice, marketing, branding and Customer Relationship Management remain favourite subjects.  In 2003 she wrote the international laureate submission for the Department of Human Services (that progressed to the final five submissions in the world) and has achieved commendations for her creative work in the US.

In-depth experience with the vagaries of start-ups, and the many challenges of growth and/or change strategies, provides evidence and understanding of the rewards of a planned communication strategy.  Her high level of creativity, balanced with a strong aptitude for logic, enhances her ability to communicate well and to build strong connections through the written and spoken word.

Her pioneering interest in Customer Loyalty Programs, now called CRM, remain the basis for her modus operandi; everything is done with the aim of retention.

She has worked in Boston, Brussels and San Francisco, as well as Australia.
